How We Research Content
Our evidence standard depends on the claim. Medication efficacy and safety claims should begin with FDA labeling, regulator guidance, randomized trials, systematic reviews, or professional guidelines. Access, price, and availability claims may require official provider, pharmacy, insurer, or public-record sources. When a page relies on lower-confidence evidence, that limitation should be visible.
Pricing content should identify the source and verification date. Because prices can change without notice, readers should confirm the checkout total and current terms with the provider before purchasing.
For patient reviews and feedback, we aggregate data from Trustpilot, BBB, Google Reviews, Reddit, and app store ratings. We include both positive and negative feedback to give readers a balanced picture.
Medical Review Process
FormBlends currently uses an editorial source-review process on many pages. We do not label a page “medically reviewed” unless a named qualified clinician actually reviewed that page and the reviewer, credential, scope, and date can be shown. Update cadence is risk based rather than a blanket calendar claim. High-impact pages are prioritized when labeling, regulation, safety alerts, trial evidence, prices, or access rules materially change. A displayed modification date should represent a substantive review or update, not an automated timestamp.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
FormBlends is a platform that provides education and can route eligible users to independent licensed provider review. FormBlends may also be commercially connected to services discussed in comparison and review content. Those relationships must be disclosed near the affected recommendation.
Editorial conclusions should be based on stated criteria and verifiable sources rather than referral value. Comparison pages should disclose FormBlends' commercial interest, methodology, verification date, and any material limitations readers need to interpret the result.
We do not accept payment from other providers for favorable coverage. Rankings and ratings are determined by our editorial criteria: pharmacy credentials, pricing transparency, patient reviews, and clinical oversight.
How We Verify Pricing
Provider pricing changes frequently. Pricing pages should link to the source used, show the verification date, and explain whether consultation, membership, medication, supplies, labs, and shipping are included.

Corrections Policy
If we publish something inaccurate, we correct it. Material corrections should include the date and a brief explanation of what changed. Minor spelling, formatting, and clarity edits may be made without a correction note when they do not change the meaning.
