What if my package is lost or damaged?
Damaged, spoiled or incorrect shipments reported within 7 days with a photo are replaced at no charge. If tracking shows no delivery 5 days after the carrier's expected date, email support@formblends.com; we open a carrier trace and reship or refund, your choice, once the carrier confirms loss or after 10 business days without a delivery scan.
