CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Dosage Calculator
The CJC-1295 and ipamorelin blend is the most common combination vial in the peptide world, and blend vials are where ordinary calculators fail: the label says 10 mg, but that is 5 mg of one peptide and 5 mg of another, and people want to know how much of each is in a draw.
This page handles the blend directly. Enter each component and the result shows total units plus the milligrams of each peptide per dose.
Forum protocols onlyThe ranges you see online come from forums and animal-study extrapolation. No human dose-finding trial exists. · Reviewed by the FormBlends Editorial Standards Team · 2026-09-03
Forum protocols onlyNo FDA label. One human pharmacokinetic study exists for CJC-1295 with DAC. Ipamorelin and no-DAC CJC-1295 doses are forum protocols.

What the CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin dose evidence actually is
No FDA label. One human pharmacokinetic study exists for CJC-1295 with DAC. Ipamorelin and no-DAC CJC-1295 doses are forum protocols.
One human study underpins CJC-1295: a 2006 pharmacokinetic trial of the DAC (long-acting) form, where single subcutaneous doses raised growth hormone output two- to tenfold for about six days. The no-DAC form sold in most blends, and ipamorelin, have no published human dose-finding trials; the ipamorelin dose data most pages cite come from a 1998 animal study.
The 100 to 300 mcg of each peptide, one to three times daily, that appears in forum protocols is convention. It is not a label and not a trial result. Enter the dose you were given.
CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin units at each water volume
The table uses a 10 mg vial. Each cell is the draw on a U-100 insulin syringe for that dose at that water volume. Cells above 100 units do not fit a 1 mL syringe; cells below 10 units sit in the part of a 1 mL barrel where measurement error rises, and a 0.5 mL or 0.3 mL syringe reads them better.

The doses in this table are round numbers chosen to show the arithmetic. They are not recommendations; no label or human dose-finding trial exists for CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin.
Mixing CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin
A 10 mg blend vial (5 mg plus 5 mg) with 2 mL gives 5 mg per mL of total peptide. A 300 mcg total draw is 6 units, which contains 150 mcg of each peptide. Six units is below the range where syringes are accurate, so the water recommendation on this page will push you toward 4 or 5 mL, where the same dose is 12 or 15 units.
Blend labels sometimes list the components unequally, for example 8 mg CJC-1295 and 2 mg ipamorelin. Enter the numbers from your label, not the ones on a forum.
Storing CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin after mixing
Refrigerate after mixing. At 300 mcg nightly a 10 mg vial is 33 doses, which runs past the 28-day multiple-dose ceiling. The calculator flags this and shows the leftover.
CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin calculator questions
How much bac water for a 10 mg CJC-1295 ipamorelin blend?
Four or five millilitres keeps a 300 mcg draw at 12 to 15 units, which is easy to read. Two millilitres puts it at 6 units, where measurement error rises. Most calculators default to 2 mL and never tell you this.
How many units is 300 mcg of the CJC ipamorelin blend?
Six units at 5 mg per mL (10 mg in 2 mL), 12 units at 2.5 mg per mL (10 mg in 4 mL), 15 units at 2 mg per mL (10 mg in 5 mL).
How much of each peptide is in a 10-unit draw?
For an equal 5 mg plus 5 mg blend mixed with 2 mL, 10 units is 500 mcg total: 250 mcg CJC-1295 and 250 mcg ipamorelin. The blend mode on this page does that split for any label.
Is CJC-1295 with DAC dosed the same way?
No. The DAC form is long-acting and the one human study used weekly single doses. The blend vials sold with ipamorelin almost always contain the no-DAC form. Check your label.
