What the GHK-Cu dose evidence actually is

No FDA label. Human evidence is for topical use. Injectable ranges of 1 to 2 mg are forum protocols.

Human research on GHK-Cu is almost entirely topical: creams and serums at 1 to 2 percent in skin studies. There is no published human trial of injectable GHK-Cu and no label. The 1 to 2 mg injectable figures, given daily or a few times a week, come from clinic protocols and forums.

That leaves the calculator with one honest job: show the arithmetic for whatever dose you were given.

GHK-Cu units at each water volume

The table uses a 50 mg vial. Each cell is the draw on a U-100 insulin syringe for that dose at that water volume. Cells above 100 units do not fit a 1 mL syringe; cells below 10 units sit in the part of a 1 mL barrel where measurement error rises, and a 0.5 mL or 0.3 mL syringe reads them better.

Mixing GHK-Cu

A 50 mg vial with 5 mL gives 10 mg per mL, so 1 mg is 10 units and 2 mg is 20 units. A 100 mg vial with 5 mL gives 20 mg per mL and halves those draws. Because the vial is large, 5 mL is common and most 10 mL research vials hold it; check that yours does.

The solution is deep blue, which makes it easy to see in the syringe but also easy to mistake for a strong concentration. Colour tells you nothing about mg per mL.

Storing GHK-Cu after mixing

Refrigerate after mixing. A 50 mg vial at 2 mg daily is 25 doses, just inside the 28-day multiple-dose ceiling. At 1 mg daily it is 50 doses and the calculator will flag the overrun.
