FAQ
What happens to my report after I submit it?
It goes into a review queue. Our team screens for spam and inappropriate content, then it joins the aggregate dataset. Once a medication and effect pair hits 20 reports, a public aggregate page for that pair goes live.
Can you link a report back to me?
No. We don't store IP addresses, cookies, or any personal identifier alongside the report. The only data saved is medication, dose, week, severity, effect category, optional free text, and optional age bracket and sex at birth.
Should I still report to the FDA?
Yes, for anything serious. FDA MedWatch is the official channel for adverse events and can be reached at fda.gov/safety/medwatch. Our registry complements MedWatch. It does not replace it.
What if my side effect isn't in the category list?
Use the free-text field to describe it. If it's something we haven't seen before, we'll add it as a new category. Every submission shapes the taxonomy.
Can I submit more than one report?
Yes. One report per effect per dose level works best. If you had nausea at week 2 and fatigue at week 6, those are two separate reports. That keeps the aggregate data clean.

Your submission is anonymous. No IP addresses, cookies, or personal identifiers are stored with your report. All reports are reviewed before publication. Aggregate data is not medical advice. For urgent symptoms, contact your provider or call 911. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished drug products.
