Who makes Zepbound, and where is it manufactured?
Zepbound is an Eli Lilly product. The current U.S. label names Lilly USA, LLC, Indianapolis, Indiana, as the manufacturer. That company address identifies the responsible manufacturer on the label; it does not identify the specific plant that produced a particular pen or vial.

An active-ingredient site is not the same as a finished pen site
Lilly's Lebanon announcement concerns active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) production. API production is one stage of manufacturing; it does not, by itself, identify where a finished injection is formulated, filled, assembled, packaged or released. The announcement and the product label should not be stretched into a plant-by-plant map that neither source provides.
